Alice Mogwe, Director of the Botswana Center for Human Rights was elected President of the International Federation for Human Rights (FIDH) this past Thursday in Taipei, Taiwan.

Taiwan was the capital of the Human Rights by organizing the FIDH 40th Congress, with the participation of 400 defenders and activist of all over the world in several sessions, debates and the sharing of experiences.

The Portuguese Human Rights League – Civitas was represented byMr.Vitor Graça, President of the Board.
