Next 10th of December, at 5h30p.m., in Auditorium of Museu do Oriente, in Lisbon, it will be held the celebratory ceremony of the Human Rights Day, that marks the 71st Anniversary of the Universal Declaration of Human Rights proclaimed by the General Assembly of the United Nations.<\/p>\n\n

After the welcoming words byMr. Carlos Monjardino, will intervene H.E. the Minister of Justice, Ms. Francisca Van Dunem, the President of the Portuguese Human Rights League \u2013 Civitas, Mr. Vitor Gra\u00e7a, and the former President of the UN Committee on Economic, Social and Cultural Rights, Ms.Virg\u00ednia Br\u00e1s Gomes. Mr. Jorge Leit\u00e3o will present a tribute to Ms. Teresa Tito de Morais, and Mr. Fernando Lima, President of the National Plenary of the League, will handed over the Badge of Honor of the Portuguese Human Rights League \u2013 Civitas. <\/p>\n\n

There will be cultural moments by group Batoto Yetu Portugal, Nuno Flores and Silvestre Fonseca, Paulo Matos and Filomena Gon\u00e7alves, Anabela, Carlos Gomes and Valter Rolo.<\/p>\n\n

There will be a message from H.E. the President of the Republic, Mr. Marcelo Rebelo de Sousa.<\/p>\n\n

Ending session and thanking to the sponsors will be held by Vice-Chairman of the Portuguese Human Rights League \u2013 Civitas, Mr. Jo\u00e3o Constantino.<\/p>\n\n

Journalist Concei\u00e7\u00e3o Queiroz will host the Celebratory Ceremony.<\/p>\n\n
