The Badge of Honor was handed by Mr. Fernando Lima, President of the National Plenary of the League. the duty to attend and take care of everyone, whilst Minister of Health.Mr. Ant\u00f3nio Arnaut was member and former President of the Portuguese Human Rights League. <\/p>\n<p>Welcoming and tribute was kindly presented by former President of the Republic Mr. Jorge Sampaio.
